Baldivis Enchanted Florist has been delivering magical moments to Baldivis and Kwinana to Mandurah for over five years.

Creating a place full of enchantment was a top priority for our owner, Maxine Wicks. Born in the UK, in the south of England in the country, Maxine often went camping with her family in The New Forest. They’d wake up to ponies snuffling at their tent, rabbits and squirrels dashing under ferns and birds singing high on the old magical trees. Freely roaming these luscious surroundings so green, full of delicious scents and pretty flowers (especially the sweet bluebells) sparked her imagination and love of nature.

25+ Years of International Floristry Experience

Trained in the UK, Maxine is a talented florist with over 25 years of experience. In the UK, she was asked to decorate large manor houses with Christmas flower designs. Local Journalists loved her floral arrangements so much that they featured her work in the newspaper.

Maxine also studied in Holland at the University for Floristry where she won the Wedding Designs Competition.

At Baldivis Enchanted Florist, all our florists are fully trained, including Interflora Florists certifications in Australia and the UK.

We can provide timed deliveries on occasion. You must call us to book this in advance and an additional delivery fee may be charged if it is very early or late. Standard delivery is between 9am to 5.50pm and the last delivery run leaves at 2pm.

We divide the deliveries between our AM and PM runs with weddings and funerals delivered first. Suburbs ranging from Baldivis and Kwinana to Port Kennedy usually receive deliveries in the morning and suburbs from Secret Harbour to Mandurah usually receive deliveries in the afternoon.

If you’re sending a delivery to a workplace, we will need to know when they’re available to receive their bouquet or gift at the delivery address.

Please note –  we do not do timed deliveries on Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.

We are not open on Sundays or Public Holidays, so there will be no deliveries on either of these days apart from Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Christmas Eve.

If no one is at the address we will leave your order in a safe, shaded place and put a card in the letterbox. If there is nowhere to leave the flowers, we will leave a card in the letterbox requesting them to call us.

We charge an extra fee for redelivery.

Yes, we’re happy to combine wine with your order. But the person receiving it must be over the age of 18.

Our teddies and hampers come as you see them in the images on our website.

For our floral arrangements – we always attempt to replicate the product image as closely as possible. But it depends on stock levels and substitutions are sometimes required. If we do have to replace some flowers or foliage, we guarantee your arrangement will still be of the highest quality.

Placing an online order is fast and easy with our three-step process:

Orders placed before 2pm, are delivered that day. All online orders after 2pm are delivered the following business day.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay and Google Pay.

Yes, you can customise your floral arrangement by choosing any of the flowers and foliage we have in stock matching the total value as your preferred arrangement.

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us on 08 9524 2400, to discuss any queries or concerns you may have about your purchase. Alternatively, please email us at baldivisenchantedflorist@gmail.com with the following information, a photo of the flowers, date and time of purchase, method of purchase and amount paid. Food, alcohol and non-perishable gift items must be returned unopened in the condition it was supplied.

Once this information is provided, we will investigate your concerns as per this policy. Several resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

To assist in prolonging the flowers life, we recommend:

  • Cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the water in the vase every two days.
  • Flowers sold in box vases should be transferred to another container within two days of purchase as mentioned above.
  • Flowers contained in floral foam must have the water topped up to foam height daily.
  • Flowers purchased in-store should be transported directly to the home or office and never left unattended in a motor vehicle.
  • Physical contact with flowers and their petals should be on an as-necessary basis.
  • Air conditioning, extreme heat and heat sources or changes in climate may also have an adverse effect on the flowers.

Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for us to guarantee flower life in every case. If these instructions are not followed, we do not accept responsibility for flower life.

Refund Method
All refunds for orders placed online are refunded through our website to the account used during purchase.
Instore and telephone are credited back to the original credit/debit card on which the order was purchased or to the Afterpay account if that form of payment is selected.
Cash purchases are only refunded using cash.

Incorrect delivery addresses
As the purchaser, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address please let us know as soon as you have further information. We will happily re-deliver this to the correct address in our next courier run, however there will be an additional delivery fee.

Your order can be tracked via the My Account Tab. You can also opt to be notified by text of the delivery arrival for an additional $2.50.

Absolutely! You can add this on the product page where you make selections during checkout.

Our main priority is always your satisfaction. If you receive products that are damaged or faulty, we will happily organise a replacement or refund for you. Call straight away to discuss an exchange or refund.

For fresh flowers, you must contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product.

Returns will be free of charge if deemed to be our fault.

No, we keep our standard prices affordable for all businesses and order sizes.

We buy fresh flowers and plants from small local growers because we believe in supporting small business owners. We visit these local wholesalers four to five times a week, so all flowers are fresh and just picked – giving you the best products with a long life.
